Project Title: Continuation of access to lifesaving Primary Health Care Services to the returned population of South Waziristan Agency in Erstwhile FATA

Key Output/Deliverables:
– 03 Basic Health Facilities supported with Primary Healthcare Services
– 46,000 consultations through OPD in static Health facilities, disaggregated b sex and age
– 100 mobile health camps in different villages
– 1,890 individuals were facilitated with antenatal and postnatal care services through the MNCH desk and 500 dignity kits were provided to PWs.
– 100% of complicated cases (patients) are referred to secondary/Tertiary Health facilities after stabilizing at Health Unit
– 800 individuals provided psychosocial support through female psychologists
– Support provided to the government in childhood immunization and vaccination to 1,500 children
