– <1% (of the total population) Incidence and prevalence of high-morbidity rates by type i.e., Acute Respiratory Infections, measles, and others, disaggregated by sex and age
– 10,800 cases (33% of the total caseload) diagnosed and treated per standardized case management protocols such as IMCNI, disaggregated by sex and age (Men= 1,512, Women = 2,160, Boys = 3,780 & Girls = 3,348)
– Case fatality rates for Diarrhea, ARI, measles, and others remained less than 1 percent (disaggregated by sex and age)
– 1,475 (16% of total caseload) pregnant women who have attended at least two comprehensive antenatal clinics
– 44 (3% of women who attended antenatal services) of women and newborns received postnatal care within three days after delivery.
– 100% of complicated cases (patients) are referred to secondary/Tertiary Health facilities after stabilizing at Health Unit
– Medical Laboratory established/operated at each Center for routine investigations
– 2,957 Community members (35% of the total target for hygiene promotion i.e. 8,448) utilizing target health education messages and practices
